8" round, spice cake with cream cheese icing. Fishtail is made from green fondant, then imprinted with "scales" using the bottom edge of a tip #12. Fish was then sprayed with Wilton color sprays, a little blue on top of green. I then finished it with a spray of luster dust mixed with vodka. I stuck two small dowel rods in it to insert it into the cake.
