This is a chocolate cake. Covered in buttercream , and chocolate fondant ( Satin Ice- love the stuff). Everything else is also fondant, except for the "bow", it is gum paste. The only thing that you could not eat on this entire sheet was the supports, 4 - 1" dows and the cardboard holding the cake. The roll, is entirely fondant, with a little buttercream to hold the "rice" on.Under the "fish" also cake. This was a lot of fun. I lost money making it , but I know for next time.
