Ah, the booties. Delicate to work with, but cute. Started with the nut cup and traced it onto heavy cardstock (I used a gift box) for the heel; slightly smaller in front. Glue nut cup to heel area. Take crepe paper streamer and glue edge to bottom edge and top to top edge all around except front. Take extra large needle and yarn and poke through two open sides of front, cut off & tie.
