This is my first completly 3D cake AND my first cake i ever covered in Fondant....I think for a first timer and basically winging it...I did a pretty good job. I made some mistakes, I didn't cut my dowel rods short enough so 2 of them started to poke through the Fondant, and I forgot to put "sky" at the bottom of the truck...oppsie...but the cake was for my dad and he understood. Used Italian Cream Cake with White Chocolate Mousse filling and BC and MMF frosting.
