Piece Of Cake
Here is my first attempt at one of these types of cakes. I've long admired the others on CC. I only had a few hours to pull this all together, so it fell short of my goal - but it was a great learning experience. It's an 8". It tasted great though, alternating chocolate and white russian cake with choc ganache filling.
You did a fantastic job, wished my first one would have came out as good as yours did. LOVELY CAKE.
