Thanks everyone. I delivered it (at work) today and the customer flipped out. She loved it! I like to make my cakes completely edible so I don't have to explain "don't eat this part" or "you can eat it all except . . ." It can be more work, but lots more fun trying to think of how to make something edible. :D
