Snow Man Cake
I made this for a Christmas party this past weekend. Coconut Cake with Coconut Icing and fondant accents. Coconut and Sugar glitter for the snow around him. It was made with the 3d cuddly bear pan with its ears cut off.

Well he is cute isn't he and very cuddly. And I'd love to sink my teeth into him. I love coconut!!
