4 tiers of fruitcake with marzipan and fondant icing. This cake weighed at least 30kg+ !!!! The roses are the only things I had made for me. All the other flowers I made myself - first time for me and I am pleased with the outcome. I spent at least 30 hours on this cake. But am very pleased with the way it came and my client was very happy with it.
