This was the second cake I did for a banquet. The football helmet was made with the ball pan and carved(first time doing that). The jersey is supposed to lay wrinkled up on the cake but I had a terrible time with this, so I was not very happy with the end results. It was a two layer marble cake with a Truffle filling and BC icing.
