This cake was made at work for the employees. It's made from marshmallow and rice crispies and cardboard. The coffin inside is marble cake with buttercream frosting. The horse is foam painted in royal icing with fondant accents. The headless horseman is foam, crispies, and fondant. It was a huge hit with everyone.
