I've been making the mice for Christmas for years now - and Halloween the past few years. I was using red piping gel for the eyes, but wasn't always happy with the results. I bought little sugar eyes at a cake supply store. I also found the eyes in bulk online @ CandylandCrafts.com. I attach the eyes with a dot of melted chocolate. These monsters and mice were made for children that visited our office on Halloween.

Wonderful! Your mice are so creative and well done. Thanks for letting us know how you did these.
Beautiful! I'm thinking about doing a Christmas cake about the xmas mouse and these would be perfect!!
Love the mice!!! I usually see them with piping gel eyes, these look great. Did you use buttercream and a mini choc. chip for the eyes?
