Got this idea out of Wilton's book with a few minor changes of my own. Cupcakes are really brownies with cream cheese or caramel filling. All else is candy melts or fondant. Had Fun making these, even more fun eatting the extras. P.S. Wilton's site has complete instructions on how to for this project as well.
