I did 35 of these arrangements for christmas the house is made of ginger dough and the characters of sugar cookie I never thought this was going to be so much work as it was, at some point some of my houses where a mess because I did not ice them so the humidity took in and destroy them so I had to do them again a day before, never live a ginger house without royal icing beleive me you can have a mess hope you like them they where a big hit..
