This is my first wedding cake which I delivered today. I hope the bride likes it because she was such a sweetheart giving me the opportunity to do my first wedding cake for her. Can I say how nervous I was? I was shaking like a leaf when I went to set it up. Not perfect but it's okay for a first try I guess. White cake with coffee mousse and apricot cream mousse, almond SMBC. Fresh red roses and black ribbon.
