Thank you for all the nice comments. The daisies are real. I don't use any kind of guide for the dots; I just freehand them. I usually start out with five dots aligned like they are on dice and just continue from there. Hope this helps!

This is beautiful and I think I am gong to try something very similar, only I need the small top cake only. Did you use a guide to get your dots so perfect in line? Also, are these real daisies, fake, gumpaste?? It looks wonderful, I home mine turns out half as good!
