Rose Cupcakes
I made these for "overflow" for the horse cake (see other pics of mine) for my daughter's birthday. Chocolate cupcakes with all buttercream icing. My roses are a little "sad/droopy" cause I made it half butter/half shortening and HUMID weather! Really hard to work with. But they tasted great ;-)
I know how you feel!!! If you look at my rose cupcake bouquet, it was the first time i had ever tried to make any flowers whatsoever and its 102 degrees outside and at least 80 inside these days. I had to stand in front of the freezer and keep laying my hands on an icepack to keep them from melting the icing in my deco bag! Your cupcakes are cute!
