I tried the Viva paper towel for the first time with this cake and loved it! But when I picked it up, the cake board bowed and cracked the BC, GRRRR! Oh well, I can't wait to try it again!

Your cake looks great! I've had that problem too with the cake board cracking the cake. I've finally started hot gluing two boards together. It has helped a lot!!!
