Chocolate Explosion Cake
This homemade chocolate cake recipe was found on a website called Sweet Dreams. It is accompanied by chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate mint stick candies. The icing is coffee buttercream. My co-workers said this is the best chocolate cake they have every tasted & after sampling it myself, I must agree!
