thanks for your comments, if i make another i know i need lots more time, KHalstead , yes i used an impression mat, but think i pressed on too hard as the fondant teared in a few places when i tried to pick it up, i have learnt a lot from this and hopefully my next one will be better, the turrets were easier to make than the cakes, lol and i am sure your will turn out great, let me know how you get on with it, would love to see it.
