Made this for my dad's birthday. He's a big hunting fan. I did a 2 layer 8x2" DH french vanilla cake with buttercream flavored by french vanilla coffee creamer and a filling of strawberry jam mixed with buttercream. I piped on the camoflague colors on the sides with tip#21 and after they crusted, I smoothed them out with a VIVA towel. I did grass on top and used the leaf tip on a ice cream cone for the tree. I also added a couple plastic deer and an army man on top.
Great job!! I really like your camoflauge design on the sides and the tree looks fantastic!!
Does anyone else see the 'witch' in the picture above??? I had to click on just to see it. Her face is on the side of the cake (Grey) and it starts at her nose. The black is her hair, and the green is her dress. Her 'hat' is on top. At first glance, I thought this was a Wizard of Oz cake. Then when I clicked on it, realized it was camoflague. Great cake by the way.
