I needed/wanted cupcakes. I had a craving, and I have never baked cupcakes before. All I know is that I wanted strawberry creamcheese icing... YUMMY. They came out so pretty that I had to take pictures. I am not an expert baker, just a cake enthusiast, and a wannabe domestic diva one day :-D!

When it comes to frosting consistencies, I don't measure out powdered sugar ration to the wet ingredients I put it. I juts know how I want it to taste and how thick it should look, but here is a website for guideline...
