This is one of my favorites. I did this cake for my nephew's birthday. I didn't have a clue how I was going to decorate this cake before I started. It's a lemon cake with buttercream and chocolate butter cream frosting. The dark green on the cake was done by mixing some green with water and using a paper towel to sponge it on. I added sprinkles to the blue in the water.
