This was for my friend's baby shower. Dense choc cake frosted with BC. Bear Suckers and other baby items are molded chocolate. I have always had a problem getting my bc smooth. I now know about the Melvira method and the Viva method so am getting better with smoothing.
OK, this is the sweetest cake I've seen. You should be very proud!
Very Well Done - After fighting with my smooth frosting, I used the VIVA towel and trust me it works wonders!
