Donna's Babyshower 2007
Cake to match invite that was given to me. Chocolate cake w/ cookies & cream filling, buttercream dream icing and MMF accents (& top tier). Another cake that I can not stand the way it looks, that's 3 in a row. I think I should just throw in the towel! I guess I put too much filling so the cake started to bulge and lean. Then I couldn't get the MMF on top tier smooth, and then I made one of the bow loop too big so it looks weird. Then I couldn't get the pearl dust to go on the bow to a finish that I liked.
Great colors, love the carriage and I'll bet they ate all the cake cause it sounds delicious
It looks good and I bet they loved it. Don't quit because the more you do the better you're going to get! You're already mighty talented and if they had a kow-tow smiley I'd use that one but.... :D Seriously, I've already saved like 4 of your cakes in my favs! Going to look at more :wink:
