Chad & Candi's Cake
This was my 1st wedding cake. The icing was made with cool whip and "white chocolate" instant pudding mix. It was a hit. This was a sit down reception and guests were standing in line for seconds on the cake. I did like working with the cool whip icing. Much easier than buttercream.
It's easy (one lb Cool Whip to 1 sm pkg of white chocolate instant pudding mix. For a cream cheese flavor add the cheese cake instant pudding.) The original recipe called for crushed pineapple with the pudding & Cool Whip. The pineapple gives it great texture and flavor!
