Thank you for the compliments! I made cardboard circles and covered them with foil and set the cakes on them to transport. It was only about 1.5 miles away . I also pu them in a plastic container with the rubber no skid drawer liner under them. They didn't shift at all.
I used the fondant circle cutters. I believe they are 2.5" and 1.5" I froze a jelly roll pan 1" high and cut these out. By the time I iced them they weren't frozen any more. So I just used the star tip to ice them. They are time comsuming,I made 15 in about 2 hours.
