Here's my 2-tier separated cake for the Wilton Course 3 final. It took a long time to make all the fondant roses, but it was well worth it! The cake is covered in fondant, the roses, leaves and small white flowers are also fondant. The ruffle border was done in buttercream.

For the ruffle, I used petal tip 127. For the top part of the ruffle, I did a zig-zag with star tip 18.
