Blake's 1st Birthday cake - the theme was 'space' and the cake was baked in a 14 x 2 round pan topped with a cake baked in my wok - it was huge. The inside was also green and blue swirls.
I used food coloring to tint the batter pale blue & green, then layered the colors in the pan and swirled it a bit with a spatula - colors ended up being a little darker after it was baked - not as dark as the frosting but definitely distinguishable.

What a novel way of baking in a wok, very clever. For the swirls inside the cake, did you add foodcolouring or jello?
