These are almond flavored sugar cookies from a leaf cutter. I used melted red choc. for the icing so I could stack them and not stick. ( I don't like taste of royal icing). Places crumpled up plastic wrap in circle around outer edge of plate to keep cookies from sliding around then started to layer the leaves on top. Added green colored leaves around edges and a flower shape cookie on top for center of the Poinsettia. This won best display at a cookie exchange party.
