Cake for youngest daughter's reception. 1/2 Italian cream with cream cheese mousse filling and white chocolate ganache covered in fondant- 1/2 Chocolate Obsession cake with vanilla cream filling, chocolate ganache & fondant covered... Inspiration for this comes from the awesome, fabulous Gateaux Inc cakes (look under 'something old' on their site.) CAKING as the mother of the bride (even though it was a simple wedding) WHEW!!! Enough said : ) Daughter had narrowed choices down to a few cakes & went with this one. I have dreamt of doing this cake forever!!! Happy day!!!
