This is the 2nd time I have made this Minnie Mouse cake design, but this time I thought I would be a bit more adventurous with her pose. I decided to make a more giggly, girly Minnie Mouse version this time round :) The cake is a choc mud cake that caters for approx 30 desert / 60 coffee sized portions.
