A ballet shoes cake for ballerina Estelle, 8 years old. This is chocolate cake with chocolate ganache all covered in fondant. The shoes and decorations are fondant. I made shaded off pink frills on the sides of the cake and put real tulle on the base to look like bellet tutu. The shoes have been shined with pearl luster dust and vodka.
