This was a very embarrassing cake. My first attempt at a fondant bow which was too big. Also, my number 16 was way too big then I didn't cut the dowel rods short enough plus my top layer of cake is crooked!! On the other hand it tasted good. The top layer was coconut, the middle layer was blackberry, and the bottom layer was red velvet. Buttercream icing and fondant accents. I still have so much to learn.
