Cookie Pizza
This was one of 3 pizzas I had made for my little boys' classrooms. It was a basic sugar cookie dough crust, strained raspberry preserves for the sauce, cream cheese icing cheese. Toffee "mushrooms" and Fruit Roll-ups made up the other toppings. The kids totally LOVED it...and I must say, they were a BLAST to make!
