I made this cake for a nursing student grad. Vanilla almond with mmf. This cake was a learning experience. I was so excited to begin working on this cake that I started making the decorations to early in advance. I had to make the stethoscope over because it dried out and cracked when I tried to shape it. Everyone loved the cake!!!
