I made this cake for a contest at work celebrating our 35th year anniversary. It was my first fondant cake and I did not know I should use vodka instead of water when coloring the fondant. It is made with white cake and between layers I made a cool whip and strawberry filling. It got lots of good reviews from coworkers, but unfortunately it did not win. I had a lot of fun making it though!
