HOW DO YOU MAKE THE ROSES?
all you have to do is take the midgees (the medium size tootsie rolls) and break them into 4 pieces, then split those in half. each rose only takes a half of a tootsie roll. Just shape those small pieces into petals and have fun. You might want to keep a damp lint free towl near by as your fingers will get sticky.
