This is a 10" round vanilla sponge cake with a vanilla filling, I covered the cake in white sugarpaste and trimmed in pink as the cake drum, the babies bottom is a small dome of sponge cake, the legs & feet I hand molded from flesh coloured sugarpaste entire cake is edible.
