Final Course 1 Cake
this was my final course 1 cake. i had such a difficult time with flowers until i discovered that i was much much more proficient using a disposable parchment triangle rather than a plastic disposable piping bag.

That's very interesting! I always have a harder time using the parchment triangle bags. Anyway, your cake looks delicious and I love your choice of colors. It makes the chocolate pop!
