Cake for my sister-in-law's graduation from nursing school. Bed, chair, IV and nightstand made out of gumpaste. Patient, nurse, pills, stethoscope, nurse's cap, shot, etc made out of fondant. IV is made with a corner from a sandwich bag, filled with corn syrup.
