This was my project for the gum paste flower class. My first time with the flowers. Was happy to see it forming into a bouquet. I dont know the technique I used to get the buttercream design on the cake. Had see it on tv a long time back and decided to use it. Just put buttercream on your cake and with a knife lift it gently. It will dry after 15 mins.
