This cake is a white/chocolate marble cake with a chocolate/Heath bar buttercream filling. It is covered with a white chocolate fondant. The ribbon roses are also made with the fondant and then painted with food coloring to match the brides wedding colors. We cut the cakes and made four layers with 3 layers of filling.
