This is a four tier cake covered in fondant. The coral and shells are composed of modeling chocolate. The fish are gumpaste. The white coral and kelp are royal icing. The castle is made of sugar, and I painted the colors on it. I made this cake for a water party for my club, and they asked me to make a cake to celebrate. For the topper, I have a castle, but can also put on a pirate ship, mermaid, and treasure chest, each made of gumpaste or chocolate. TFL!
