High School Graduation Cake for my neice. School colors are maroon and gray and the mascot is a greyhound (thus the pawprints). The Cap, ER and Diploma were all solid chocolate. The tassle and pawprints were made out of modeling chocolate. I used a garlic press to create the tassle out of modeling chocolate and a cookie cutter paw print to create the base for the paw prints, the pads were cut using an oval fondant cutter then placed on top of the maroon prints.
