I only had a short time to get this one ready so picked the very fast Rosette design. I've seen this done on round cakes here on CC and admired it for its simplicity and WOW factor. This was made using the old Wilton 16 x 4 x 4 1/2 pan...a really big loaf pan. Chocolate cake with chocolate caramel filling and vanilla bc icing. Sitting on the table it looked like a flower centerpiece. I think it would make a lovely bridal shower cake, too.
