Used the mini doll mold for the top of the hat and carved out the middle, iced in BC and covered in MMF. Used a 6"board for the rim of the hat, not completely satisfied in the cracking and curving of the rim, but learned for next time. 2nd tier is a 6" round covered in BC and then MMF, made paisley patter with BC. 3rd tier is 8" iced in BC and covered in MMF. Used quilting tool for details. Tabs and stars on the cake are made with chocolate mold and brushed with bronze lustre dust. Rope border and on hat are made out of MMF. Thanks for looking
