Mini Pumkin Cakes

These were featured in a past issue of Southern Living magazine and I'm SO glad I finally tried them - they are beyond wonderful!! The darker colored cakes are molasses-pumpkin, the lighter colored cakes are pumpkin, both topped by a caramel-rum glaze and hand formed caramel stems and leaves. I baked them in my mini-pumpkin pan from Wilton. Perfect for Fall! Thanks for looking! :)
