Vanilla sponge, with chocolate ganache and fondant. The topper is a styrene ball covered in fondant, all the pearls are edible. The client wanted pearl pearl pearl for her Mum and Dad and lots of bling. I used a edible pearl spray to give the whole thing a pearlised look.
