Phew, this was a challenge! I'm just starting up a new business and this is my very first wedding cake. No pressure, only two weeks notice! The bottome is a rich fruit cake covered in marzipan and fondant. The top tier is madeira with jam and buttercream covered in fondant. The client had no idea what they wanted except they wanted it to be square, two tiers and white and gold. Again, no pressure lol. So this is what they've got. Won't know for a couple of days whether they will like it, that'll be a scary moment. Wish me luck!
