Customer requested hockey bag cake to resemble that of Pink Cake Box but with the birthday boys fav/team/player. This is my biggest 3D cake yet. Vanilla bean cake with strawberry buttercream filling. Skate is made of RKT and covered in modelling choc., everything else is gumpaste/fondant.
